DAY 1 • PANAMA CITY – BRUSSELS

Present yourself 3 hours in advance at Tocumen International Airport to take flight IB-258 that departs from Panama at 22:35 hrs. Overnight on board.

DAY 2 • BRUSSELS

We take connecting flight IB-601 to Brussels. We arrive in Europe around 7:00 p.m. Upon arrival at the airport, transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.

In the evening, there will be a meeting with the guide at the hotel reception, where we will meet the rest of the participants.

DAY 3 • BRUSSELS

At the indicated time, we will depart to begin our panoramic tour of Brussels, visiting iconic landmarks such as the Grand Place, the Atomium, and St. Michael’s Cathedral, among others. We will then visit the Brussels Christmas Market, considered one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Europe. The market features nearly 250 chalets spread across an area of almost 3 km in the heart of Brussels and welcomes approximately 2.5 million visitors each year. Overnight stay.

DAY 4 • BRUSSELS- GHENT- BRUGES

Departure to Ghent for a panoramic tour. We will then continue to Bruges, a city that has preserved its medieval charm, where we will enjoy a panoramic tour.

During the Christmas season, Bruges, Belgium, becomes a true fairy tale. Its cobblestone streets and canals are illuminated with warm lights, creating a magical atmosphere.

We will continue to the Bruges Christmas Market. The Christmas markets fill the city with the aromas of hot chocolate, waffles, and spices. The Market Square hosts a traditional market and an ice-skating rink, surrounded by beautifully decorated medieval buildings. Horse-drawn carriages make their way through the city while snow gently falls.

Bruges at Christmas combines history, Gothic architecture, and winter charm, making it an unforgettable destination for those seeking a dreamlike Christmas experience.

DAY 5 • BRUGES- ROTTERDAM- DELF- THE HAGUE- AMSTERDAM

Departure to Amsterdam, with brief stops in Rotterdam, Delft, and The Hague. Arrival and overnight stay.

DAY 6 • AMSTERDAM

Today, we will begin with a panoramic bus tour around the outer ring of Amsterdam’s city center, passing through the Jewish Quarter, the Maritime Museum, and the port. We will then take a boat ride along Amsterdam’s canals, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, passing some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the Rijksmuseum, the famous Canal Belt, the Amstel River and its locks, the Golden Bend, the famous Magere Brug, and part of the Jewish Quarter, before reaching the old port and the Heineken brewery.

Free time. During your free time, you can enjoy the festive Christmas atmosphere of Amsterdam. The Christmas tree located in front of the Royal Palace, in Dam Square, has become a city tradition. Standing over 20 meters tall and decorated with countless colorful lights, it gives Amsterdam’s main square a unique and magical atmosphere. The Flower Market (Bloemenmarkt) is filled with Christmas trees of all sizes and styles. Rembrandtplein is also an ideal place to visit during the Christmas season. In addition to enjoying the festive lights, you will have the opportunity to sample a variety of traditional Christmas treats at the many stalls set up throughout the square.

AIR TICKETS

  1. The flight itinerary may be subject to schedule changes, provided that the operating date remains unchanged.
  2. Airfare and program taxes are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of an increase in airfare taxes and fees, or hotel taxes, fees, or government charges, any difference must be paid by the passenger, even if partial or full payment has already been made, as these charges are determined by the airline, hotel, or applicable government authorities.
  3. Issued airline tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, not subject to review, and do not allow changes to the itinerary or modifications to the travel date.
  4. Istanbul – Panama return flight: Technical stop in Bogotá, Colombia, at El Dorado International Airport, approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. During the technical stop, passengers whose final destination is Panama must remain on board the aircraft. Airline personnel will carry out a brief cleaning, and immigration authorities will request the passenger's passport and airline ticket and verify their carry-on baggage.

  2. Special requests, such as cribs, bed type (Twin, King, Queen), or specific rooms, are subject to hotel availability at the time of booking and final confirmation.
  3. The Platinum category includes 4-star hotels located on the outskirts of Istanbul, ideal for travelers seeking a quiet stay. In the other cities in Turkey included in the tour, a single accommodation category applies, selected based on comfort and quality standards to ensure a pleasant stay.

ITINERARY

  1. The itinerary is subject to changes due to weather conditions, road conditions, operational circumstances, availability, or unforeseen events at the time of booking.
  2. The order of activities may vary; however, the content and included services will be maintained.
  3. Regular or shared services: Some services are provided on a shared basis with other passengers. Transportation, guided tours, and excursions are operated in groups; therefore, schedules and routes may be adjusted to ensure proper coordination of the services.
  4. Closure days for visits: Sundays – Grand Bazaar; Tuesdays – Topkapi Palace. Similar visits may be offered, or the order of the itinerary may be changed in case of closure.
  5. Travel documents: Once full payment has been confirmed, the final travel documents will be sent approximately 6 days prior to the departure date.

SIGHTSEEING TOURS AND EXCURSIONS

  1. The guide or local operator may adjust the order of visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while always honoring the services contracted.
  2. If any activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure, the corresponding refund will be processed only for the service that was not provided, when applicable.
  3. We are not responsible for tourist services booked directly by the passenger with external providers.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

  1. A passport valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel is required. To confirm the reservation, a copy of the passport must be provided. If the passenger does not yet have a passport, a copy of an official identification document showing the passenger's name correctly may be submitted.
  2. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify, based on their nationality and country of residence, whether a visa or any other documents are required to enter the destinations included in the trip and to ensure that all required documentation is valid at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  1. Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable, unless the supplier's specific terms and conditions indicate otherwise in writing.
  2. Confirmation of services is subject to timely payment according to the deadlines established in the quotation.
  3. The initial deposit must be 10%.
  4. 125 days prior to departure, 50% of the total package must be paid.
  5. 95 days prior to departure, 80% of the total package must be paid.
  6. 65 days prior to departure, 100% of the total package must be paid.
