DAY 1 • BELICE

Arrival at Belize International Airport (BZE), assistance from one of our representatives, and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

DAY 2 • BELIZE – SAN IGNACIO

At the scheduled time, we will head to the impressive Maya ruins of Xunantunich, where you will enjoy a guided tour. Following that, we will explore the Belize Zoo. After lunch, we will continue our journey to San Ignacio.

DAY 3 • SAN IGNACIO

At the scheduled time, we will begin our excursion through the Medicinal Trails of the Rainforest, where you will have the opportunity to explore the rich biodiversity of the jungle. Next, we will visit the Butterfly Farm, home to a wide variety of exotic species. Then, we will explore the Maya archaeological site of Cahal Pech, filled with history and remnants of the ancient culture. We will enjoy a delicious lunch, and afterward, we will return to the hotel.

DAY 4 • SAN IGNACIO – SAN PEDRO

At the agreed time, we will head to the Cave Branch River, where you will have a unique experience navigating its calm waters on a journey through the stunning Maya Mountain, surrounded by ancient caves once inhabited by the Maya. Next, you will enjoy an exciting Cave Tubing tour in Jaguar Paw, where you will float down the river while exploring underground caves. After a delicious lunch, we will head to the Belize Municipal Airport for your local flight to San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. Accommodation.

DAY 5 • SAN PEDRO

At the scheduled time, we will begin our half-day snorkeling excursion to the Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley. Afterward, return to the hotel for accommodation.

DAY 6 • SAN PEDRO

Free day to discover San Pedro Island or enjoy optional activities.

HOTELS

  • The hotels mentioned are for reference purposes only, as they are the ones most commonly used for this type of tour. However, when guaranteeing services, please note that the confirmed hotels may be different properties of the same category.
  • Triple rooms: In addition to the double bed, an extra rollaway bed will be provided, subject to hotel availability at the time of booking.
  • Services such as cribs and bed type requests (Twin, King, or Queen) are subject to hotel availability at the time of booking.

ITINERARY

  • If arrival or departure dates differ from those scheduled in the tour, or if additional nights are required, transfers are not included in the package and may be arranged at an additional cost.
  • The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, road conditions, operational situations, availability, or unforeseen events at the time of booking. The order of activities may vary; however, the included services and overall program content will remain unchanged.
  • Regular or shared services: Some services are provided on a shared basis with other travelers. Transportation, guided tours, and excursions are conducted in groups; therefore, schedules and routes may be adjusted to ensure proper service coordination.
  • Travel documents: Once full payment has been confirmed, final travel documents will be sent approximately 6 days prior to departure.

TOURS AND EXCURSIONS

  • The tour guide or local operator may modify the order of visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while always honoring the contracted services.
  • If any activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure, a refund will be processed only for the service that was not provided, when applicable.
  • We are not responsible for tourism services purchased directly by the traveler from third-party providers.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

  • A passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel is required. To confirm the reservation, a copy of the passport must be provided. If the passport is not yet available, a copy of an official identification document showing the passenger’s full and correct name may be submitted.
  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify, based on their nationality and country of residence, whether a visa or any other travel documents are required to enter the destinations included in the trip and to ensure that all required documentation is valid at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  • Payments made to confirm a reservation are non-refundable unless the supplier’s specific conditions state otherwise in writing.
  • Confirmation of services is subject to timely payment according to the deadlines established in the quotation.
  • The initial deposit must be 25% of the land package value plus 100% of the airfare.
  • 125 days prior to departure, 50% of the land package must be paid.
  • 95 days prior to departure, 80% of the land package must be paid.
  • 65 days prior to departure, 100% of the land package must be paid.
