DAY 1 • BEIJING

Arrival in Beijing, capital of the People's Republic of China. Transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.

DAY 2 • BEIJING (FORBIDDEN CITY + SUMMER PALACE)

Today we will enjoy a tour of some of Beijing’s most iconic treasures. We will visit the majestic Imperial Palace, known worldwide as the “Forbidden City,” a symbol of the splendor of ancient China. We will then continue to the impressive Tiananmen Square, one of the largest squares in the world and the setting of important historical events. Later, we will explore the charming Summer Palace, an extraordinary complex of gardens, lakes, and pavilions that once served as the summer retreat of the emperors of the Qing Dynasty. Lunch is included. Accommodation.

In the evening, those who wish may optionally attend a spectacular Chinese acrobatics show, a unique experience that combines skill, tradition, and entertainment.

DAY 3 • BEIJING (GREAT WALL + OLYMPIC PARK)

Departure to the Great Wall of China, visiting the Juyongguan or Badaling section, depending on the final arrangements of the supplier. This impressive defensive structure, with more than 2,000 years of history, is one of the country’s greatest symbols and one of the most extraordinary architectural achievements in the world. Lunch is included. In the afternoon, return to Beijing with a stop to take exterior photos of two of the city’s Olympic icons: the National Stadium, known as the “Bird’s Nest,” and the National Aquatics Center, popularly called the “Water Cube” (photo stop only; no entry inside the stadiums). The day will conclude with a welcome dinner featuring the traditional Beijing Roast Duck. Accommodation.

DAY 4 • BEIJING – XI’AN (HIGH-SPEED TRAIN)

At the scheduled time, departure for a visit to the Temple of Heaven, built in 1420 and covering an area of 267 hectares, where emperors used to offer prayers for good harvests. Lunch is included. In the afternoon, transfer to the train station to take the high-speed train in tourist class to Xi’an (optionally, transfer to the airport to take a flight on the same Beijing–Xi’an route, at an additional cost). Xi’an, the ancient capital of China with more than 3,000 years of history, is the country’s only walled city and the starting point of the famous Silk Road. Arrival, transfer to the hotel, and overnight stay.

DAY 5 • XI’AN (MUSEUM OF WARRIORS AND HORSES)

Today we will visit the famous Museum of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, where more than 6,000 life-size figures are preserved, representing the impressive army of warriors, horses, and war chariots created to guard the tomb of Emperor Qin. Lunch is included. In the afternoon, we will visit the Small Wild Goose Pagoda (no climbing), located within Jianfu Temple, approximately one kilometer south of Xi’an’s urban area. We will then continue to the Muslim Quarter (without entering the Great Mosque). Overnight stay.

DAY 6 • XI’AN – SHANGHAI

Departure by plane to Shanghai, a port city directly under the Central Government, with more than 16 million inhabitants. It is the largest port in the country, an important commercial center, and China’s most international metropolis. Lunch is included. Upon arrival, we will visit Yuyuan Garden, the Jade Buddha Temple, and the Bund. Transfer to the hotel and overnight stay.

DAY 7 • SHANGHAI

Free day to enjoy the city at your own pace. Overnight stay.

FLIGHT TICKETS

  • The flight itinerary may be subject to schedule changes, but the travel date will remain unchanged.
  • Air taxes and program taxes (subject to change without prior notice). In the event of an increase in air fare taxes, which are determined by the airline and/or hotel taxes, government fees, or contributions, even if partial or full payment has already been made, the passenger must cover the difference in order to receive the service.
  • Issued airline tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, not subject to review, and do not allow route changes or modifications to travel dates.

HOTELS

  • The hotels mentioned are for reference only; they are the most commonly used for this type of tour. However, when services are confirmed, it is important to note that the assigned hotels may be others of the same category.
  • Triple rooms: In China, triple rooms are usually a double or twin room with an additional smaller rollaway bed, which may be uncomfortable. Therefore, it is recommended to book a Double + Single room for greater comfort.
  • Services such as cribs or bed types (Twin, King, Queen) are subject to availability at the hotel at the time of booking.

ITINERARY

  • If extra nights are taken independently, the operator will consider that the corresponding arrival or departure transfer included in the regular program has been voluntarily forfeited, with no refund. Likewise, transfers outside the scheduled dates will be at the passenger’s own expense.
  • This itinerary may be subject to changes due to road conditions, weather, unforeseen circumstances, or availability at the time of booking.
  • The order of the itinerary may change, but this will not affect its overall content.
  • Regular/Shared Services: These services are provided in shared groups with other tourists. Transportation, guided tours, and activities are conducted jointly with other participants. Schedules and itineraries may be adjusted to coordinate with other groups.
  • Travel documents: Once full payment has been confirmed, final travel documents will be sent approximately 6 days before the departure date.

TOURS AND EXCURSIONS

  • The guide or local operator may adjust the order of visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while always respecting the contracted services.
  • If any activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure, the corresponding refund will be processed only for the service not provided, when applicable.
  • We are not responsible for tourist services contracted directly by the passenger with external providers.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

  • Complete vaccination schedule.
  • Yellow fever vaccination: must be administered at least 15 days prior to travel to be valid. For passengers over 60 years old, a medical certificate is required to travel.
  • A passport and visa valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel are mandatory. To confirm the reservation, a copy of the passport must be submitted; if not yet available, a copy of an official ID showing the passenger’s correct name may be provided.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether a visa or other documents are required for entry to the destinations and to ensure all documentation is valid at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  • Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable, unless specific supplier conditions state otherwise in writing.
  • Service confirmation is subject to timely payment according to the deadlines established in the quotation.
  • The first deposit must be 25% plus the full airfare amount.
  • 125 days before departure: 50% of the total package must be paid.
  • 95 days before departure: 80% of the total package must be paid.
  • 65 days before departure: 100% of the total package must be paid.
