Departure on an international flight from El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá to board Latam flight LA 4906, departing at 11:55 a.m. bound for Lima. It is recommended to arrive at the airline counter at the airport at least 3 hours in advance for baggage check-in. Arrival at 3:05 p.m., meet and greet, and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Lima.

At the scheduled time, we will take a tour of the city’s main streets, squares, and avenues. We will begin with a panoramic view of the Miraflores district, starting at Love Park, where you can admire the famous “El Beso” sculpture, a work by Peruvian artist Víctor Delfín. We will then view the impressive Huaca Pucllana, an important ceremonial center of the Lima culture. We will continue to the Plaza de Armas, where the Government Palace and the Municipal Palace are located. We will visit the Cathedral and continue walking to the Convent of Santo Domingo, whose corridors were walked by San Martín de Porres and Saint Rose of Lima in the 17th century, and where their remains currently rest. Overnight stay in Lima.

DAY 3 • LIMA – ICA – LIMA

At the scheduled time, we will depart by private transportation to Ica. Upon arrival, we will enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant (beverages not included). Afterwards, we will visit the city’s Main Square, where we can observe the main streets of both historic and modern Ica. We will then head to Huacachina Lagoon, known as the “Oasis of America,” where we will take in the stunning desert landscape and its dunes. From this point, we will begin a buggy ride through the desert, lasting approximately 45 to 50 minutes, ideal for admiring the magical dunes of Ica. During the tour, stops will be made for sandboarding and to enjoy the views of the Oasis of America, with time for photos and landscape appreciation. Shared service. We will continue with a visit to an artisanal wine and pisco winery, where we will learn about the production process of wine and pisco. At the agreed time, we will return to the city of Lima and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Lima.

At the scheduled time, transfer to Cusco Airport to board Latam flight LA 2007*, departing at 7:50 a.m. bound for Cusco. Arrival at 9:15 a.m., assistance and transfer to the hotel. Room check-in is available from 3:00 p.m.


In the afternoon, we will ascend to the Sacsayhuamán Archaeological Park, where we will begin the excursion by visiting the fortress of the same name, a place of great peace and tranquility, where enormous stones of up to 4 meters in height used in its construction can be seen. We will continue to Q’enqo, the ancient Temple of the Puma, where an altar for sacrifices can be observed inside a large rock, and then to Tambomachay, known as the sacred fountains of life and health. Along the way, there will be a panoramic view of Puca Pucará, a lookout that guarded the entrance to the city. We will then proceed to the Temple of the Sun, “Korikancha,” on which the Convent of Santo Domingo was built. According to legend, this temple was entirely covered in gold plates, which impressed the conquistadors upon their arrival. To conclude, we will visit the Main Square and enter the Cathedral, which houses valuable colonial artworks and paintings, such as the Cross that arrived with the first conquistadors. DAY 5 • CUSCO – SACRED VALLEY

Today we will visit the most remarkable sites of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will depart toward the town of Chinchero, considered the most traditional and picturesque of the Sacred Valley. This area is also known for its women weavers, so we will make a brief stop at a textile center to admire their beautiful fabrics and learn about ancient Inca techniques of dyeing and spinning alpaca wool. Once in Chinchero, we will visit its Inca archaeological complex and its beautiful colonial church. We will continue to Moray, a unique Inca archaeological site made up of enormous concentric terraces that resemble a large amphitheater. In Inca times, it was used as an agricultural laboratory where different microclimates were recreated. We will have lunch at a local restaurant (beverages not included). We will then conclude the tour with a visit to the archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo, an important Inca center for military, religious, and agricultural purposes. There we will explore the Temple of the Ten Windows, the Baths of the Ñusta, the Temple of the Sun, among other points of interest. The panoramic views from the heights of Ollantaytambo will bring this magical day in the Sacred Valley of the Incas to a close. Overnight stay in the Sacred Valley.

DAY 6 • SACRED VALLEY – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO

We will take a train to one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Upon arrival at the Aguas Calientes station, our staff will assist you in boarding the transport that will ascend along a winding road, offering spectacular views of the Urubamba River, which shapes the famous canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will welcome us with its impressive terraces, stairways, ceremonial enclosures, and urban areas. The energy of the place can be felt in every corner. Lunch is included (without beverages). At the agreed time, we will return by train and then be transferred to the hotel in Cusco. Overnight accommodation in Cusco.

Muy temprano por la mañana emprenderemos nuestro viaje a lo largo del Valle Sur. Nuestra primera parada será en Cusipata donde tomaremos nuestro desayuno. Seguiremos rumbo a Phulawasipata (4600 msnm), punto de partida de nuestra aventura hacia la Montaña de Siete Colores, Vinicunca. Iniciaremos una caminata de aproximadamente 2 horas (4kms) por un camino que nos regalara fabulosas vistas donde destaca el nevado Ausangate. Al llegar a la cima contemplaremos la belleza natural de Vinicunca donde destacan sus colores vivos, producto de los minerales de su suelo. El entorno natural que rodea a la montaña nos conectara con la naturaleza cuzqueña. Luego de nuestro descenso nos dirigiremos a Cusipata para un reponedor almuerzo (sin bebidas) luego de lo cual volveremos a Cusco. Alojamiento.

FLIGHT TICKETS

  • Flight itineraries may be subject to schedule changes without affecting the day of operation.
  • Airfare and program taxes are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of an increase in airfare taxes, hotel taxes, governmental fees, or contributions imposed by the airline or authorities, the passenger must assume the additional cost, even if partial or full payment has already been made.
  • Issued airline tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, not subject to review, and do not allow route changes or travel date modifications.

HOTELS

  • The hotels mentioned are for reference only and are the most commonly used for these types of tours. However, when confirming services, please note that the confirmed hotels may be others of the same category.
  • Triple rooms: In addition to the double bed, an extra rollaway bed will be provided, subject to hotel availability at the time of booking.
  • Our accommodation rates include breakfast. Breakfast service operates within designated hours, generally between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. If the passenger does not use this benefit, it cannot be transferred, compensated at another hotel, or refunded.
  • Services such as cribs or bed type requests (Twin, King, Queen) are subject to hotel availability at the time of booking.

ITINERARY

  • As a foreign traveler, you are entitled to exemption from the 18% hotel tax (IGV) in Peru. To qualify for this benefit, you must present:
  • The Andean Migration Card provided upon arrival at the airport in Peru. Keep it and present it at each hotel along with your passport.
  • Upon arrival, verify that your online migration registration is correct; otherwise, the hotel may charge the tax.
  • The passport used for the reservation must be the same passport used for travel.
  • Please note that rates apply only to passengers of Colombian nationality. Passengers of other nationalities must inquire about any applicable supplement.
  • This itinerary may be modified due to road conditions, weather, unforeseen circumstances, or availability at the time of booking.
  • The order of the itinerary may change, but this will not affect the content of the program.
  • Regular/Shared Services: These services operate in shared groups with other tourists. Transportation, guided tours, and activities are conducted together with other participants. Schedules and itineraries may be adjusted to coordinate with other groups.
  • Travel documents: Once full payment has been confirmed, final travel documents will be sent approximately 6 days before the departure date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN LIMA

  • The Lima Cathedral is open Monday through Saturday and only in the afternoons on Sundays. During times when the Cathedral is closed, we will visit the Convent of San Francisco instead.
  • Flash photography is prohibited inside the Cathedral, and access to religious sites is not permitted while wearing shorts.
  • Excursion to ICA: The Lima/Ica/Lima route is operated by scheduled bus service without assistance from the local operator’s staff. Approximate travel times per segment: Lima to Ica: 5 hours Buggies and sandboarding excursion: 45 minutes (subject to weather conditions)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN CUSCO

  • For the train route to Machu Picchu, passengers are allowed one small bag or backpack onboard, up to 5 kg / 11 lb and 62 linear inches / 157 cm (height + length + width).
  • The Machu Picchu excursion has been quoted with EXPEDITION train service and lunch at a local restaurant (beverages not included).
  • Machu Picchu entrance tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no changes are allowed. In case of cancellation, the penalty is 100%.
  • Important Information – Full Day Vinicunca Mountain
  • Start time: 3:00 AM – End time: 4:00 PM. At least 2 days of acclimatization in Cusco are required, as the hike reaches altitudes of up to 5,040 meters above sea level. Not all roads are paved. Approximately 45 minutes of the route are on dirt roads (around two hours are paved roads and 45 minutes are dirt roads, though road conditions are generally acceptable). This excursion is recommended from March through December. January and February are rainy months, and passengers may not be able to fully enjoy the landscape or Rainbow Mountain due to fog. For families traveling with children, this excursion is recommended for children aged 11 and older.

TOURS AND EXCURSIONS

  • The guide or local operator may adjust the order of visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while always respecting the contracted services.
  • If any activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure, a refund will be processed only for the unused service, when applicable.
  • We are not responsible for tourist services contracted directly by the passenger with external providers.

CHILD POLICY

  • Infants (under 1.99 years old): Infants do not incur additional charges. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any additional equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate these needs.
  • Children (ages 2 to 5): Children in this age group pay the child rate.
  • Children (6 years and older): Children in this age group pay the adult rate.
  • Room occupancy: The maximum number of children sharing a room with their parents is subject to each hotel’s policies.
  • Documentation: All minors must travel accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. At check-in, they must present a valid ID card, passport, or birth certificate.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

  • A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity at the time of travel is required. To confirm the reservation, a copy of the passport must be submitted; if unavailable, a copy of an official identification document showing the passenger’s full name may be provided.
  • Pre-registration for international flights to and from Colombia through CheckMig is mandatory. It must be completed between 24 hours and 1 hour before flight departure. This requirement will be verified by immigration authorities.
  • The Peruvian government has suspended passport stamping as a migration control measure. Travelers entering the country must now download their Andean Migration Card (TAM) from the Migraciones website: https://cel.migraciones.gob.pe/ConsultaTAMVirtual/VerificarTAM
  • Travelers must keep this document during their stay in Peru and present it upon departure from the country.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether they require a visa or any additional documentation to enter the destinations included in the trip and to ensure all documentation is valid at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  • Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by the supplier.
  • Confirmation of services is subject to timely payment according to the dates established in the quotation.
  • Rates are expressed in USD and must be paid in Colombian pesos at the exchange rate (TRM) applicable on the payment date.
  • The initial deposit must be 25% of the total value.
  • 125 days before departure: 40% of the package must be paid.
  • 95 days before departure: 60% of the package must be paid.
  • 65 days before departure: 80% of the package must be paid.
  • 50 days before departure: 100% of the package must be paid.
