DAY 1 • BOGOTA - MADRID
International departure from El Dorado International Airport. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airline check-in counter at least 3 hours in advance to complete the baggage check-in process. Overnight flight.
DAY 2 • MADRID
Arrival at Adolfo Suárez Madrid, Barajas Airport. Meet and greet followed by transfer to the hotel. The remainder of the day will be free for personal activities. Overnight stay.
DAY 3 • MADRID - SAN SEBASTIÁN - BURDEOS
At the scheduled time, departure to San Sebastián, considered one of the most charming cities in Spain. Free time to explore its historic old town and enjoy its renowned gastronomy. Afterwards, continuation toward the French border, crossing France’s prestigious wine region until arriving in Bordeaux, the historic capital of the Dukes of Aquitaine. Arrival and overnight stay.
DAY 4 • BURDEOS - BLOIS - PARÍS
We will depart from Bordeaux heading toward the famous Loire Valley, known for housing some of the most iconic castles in France. Stop in Blois, one of the most attractive towns in the region, renowned for the beauty of its historic château. Continue the journey to Paris. Arrival and overnight stay.
DAY 5 • PARIS
In the morning, panoramic tour of Paris, visiting its main avenues and monuments, including the Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the Palais Garnier (Opéra Garnier), the Eiffel Tower, the Latin Quarter, the Luxembourg Gardens, and the Les Invalides, among other highlights. At the indicated time, departure crossing the Champagne region en route to Luxembourg, an important institutional center of the European Union. The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, one of the smallest countries in Europe, stands out for its capital city, located on a rocky outcrop surrounded by large fortifications and deep valleys. Free time and continuation toward Germany. Passing through Koblenz, the journey continues along the Rhine Valley, where you can admire breathtaking scenery, with imposing German castles and the iconic Lorelei Rock. Arrival in Frankfurt, the country’s main financial center. Accommodation.
DAY 8 • FRANKFURT – HEIDELBERG – BLACK FOREST (FREIBURG) – ZURICH
At the indicated time, departure to Heidelberg, a city considered the birthplace of thinkers and home to one of the oldest universities in Europe. Located on the banks of the Neckar River, you will have time to enjoy its atmosphere, its old town, and its university character. Continuation of the journey to Freiburg, the capital of the Black Forest. Free time with the possibility of an optional excursion. We will continue crossing the entire region, with its picturesque villages, until reaching the capital of Switzerland. Free time to explore the city center. Accommodation.
DAY 9 • ZURICH – LUCERNE – VADUZ (LIECHTENSTEIN) – INNSBRUCK
At the indicated time, departure to Lucerne, located on the shores of Lake Lucerne, a city that has preserved its medieval charm in its squares, streets, and buildings. Optional excursion to Mount Titlis, where you ascend by cable car to the snow-covered peaks of the Swiss Alps, enjoying the scenery and snow in a unique experience, as well as the various attractions at the site. We will continue along the Alps toward Vaduz, the capital of the Principality of Liechtenstein, with its lively old town. Brief stop and continuation to Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol. Free time to explore its historic center and main landmarks, such as the Golden Roof, Maria Theresien Street, and St. Anne’s Column, among others. Accommodation. DAY 10 • INNSBRUCK – PADUA – VENICE
At the indicated time, departure toward the Brenner Alpine Pass, home to one of the highest viaducts in Europe, until reaching Padua, a city known for the Saint, with time to visit its cathedral. Continuation of the journey to Venice. Arrival and accommodation.
DAY 11 • VENICE – FERRARA – FLORENCE
In the morning, enjoy a visit to Venice, the city of 118 islands. Transfer by vaporetto to St. Mark’s Square. Take a walking tour of the city, including visits to St. Mark’s Square, the Doge’s Palace, and the Bridge of Sighs, among other landmarks. You will then have some free time to explore Venice’s maze-like streets and canals on your own, admiring the contrast between the grand palaces along the Grand Canal and the city’s small churches. There will also be an opportunity to join an optional excursion featuring a gondola ride. Departure for Ferrara, with a brief stop, followed by continuation to Florence, the capital of Tuscany and one of Italy’s foremost centers of art and culture. Arrival and accommodation.
DAY 12 • FLORENCE – ASSISI – ROME
At the indicated time, departure for a panoramic tour of Florence, including the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza della Signoria and Piazza Santa Croce, true centers of Florentine art and history. Free time to stroll and enjoy the atmosphere of the city. Continuation of the journey to Assisi, an interesting walled city. Visit of its basilicas, where the tomb of Saint Francis is located. We continue toward Rome, the Eternal City. Upon arrival, optional excursion available to Baroque Rome, exploring its historic heart with iconic landmarks such as Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon, among others. Return to the hotel and accommodation.
DAY 13 • ROME (PAPAL AUDIENCE)
At the agreed time, departure to Vatican City to attend the Papal Audience (provided the Pope is in Rome). Continuation with a panoramic tour of the Imperial City, including the Roman Forums, the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, Piazza Venezia, and St. Peter’s Square in Vatican City. Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation. Optional excursion available to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, Michelangelo’s masterpiece.
DAY 14 • ROME
Free day to enjoy the city at your own pace. Accommodation. Optional full-day excursion available to southern Italy, including the stunning Bay of Naples and the picturesque island of Capri.
DAY 15 • ROME – PISA – NICE
Departure to Pisa. Stop at the Square of Miracles to admire the monumental complex made up of the Cathedral, the Baptistery, and the famous Leaning Tower. Continuation of the journey to Nice, capital of the French Riviera. Arrival and accommodation. We suggest enjoying the atmosphere of this cosmopolitan city or joining an optional excursion to Monaco and Monte Carlo, with its famous casino.
DAY 16 • NICE – NÎMES – BARCELONA
At the scheduled time, we will depart for Provence, where we will make a brief visit to the renowned Fragonard perfume house, a symbol of the region’s perfume-making tradition. We will continue our journey to Nîmes, known as the “French Rome.” There will be free time for lunch and to admire its impressive Roman monuments, such as the Arena amphitheater and the Maison Carrée temple. We will then continue our trip toward the Spanish border, arriving in Barcelona. Overnight accommodation.
DAY 17 • BARCELONA – ZARAGOZA – MADRID
At the scheduled time, depart for a brief panoramic tour of Barcelona by bus accompanied by a guide. During the tour, you will discover some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including Plaça de Catalunya and the elegant Passeig de Gràcia, where you can admire two of Antoni Gaudí’s most representative works: Casa Batlló and Casa Milà (La Pedrera). Afterwards, there will be a stop at Sagrada Família to admire its impressive façades. Continue to Plaça d'Espanya, highlighting the Venetian Towers and the Palau Nacional. After the tour, depart for Zaragoza. Free time to explore the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, patron saint of Hispanic peoples, and stroll through the streets of the city’s historic center. In the afternoon, continue the journey to Madrid. Arrival and overnight stay.
DAY 18 • MADRID
In the morning, panoramic city tour with a local guide, visiting Plaza de España, the Cibeles Fountain, Plaza de Oriente, the Puerta de Alcalá, and the University City, among other highlights. In the afternoon, free time for personal activities. Accommodation.
DAY 19 • MADRID - BOGOTA
At the indicated time, departure to board your flight to Bogotá.

DeViajecon, a travel agency based in Bogotá, Colombia, identified with National Tourism Registry No. 274163 (hereinafter “the Agency”), recognizes the importance of the security, privacy, and confidentiality of the personal data of its clients, users, suppliers, and partners. In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, Decree 1074 of 2015, and other applicable regulations in Colombia regarding personal data protection and habeas data, the Agency adopts this Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy.
The Agency acts as the data controller of the personal data collected through its various service channels, including its website, digital or physical forms, social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, email communications, advertising campaigns, quotation processes, reservations and purchase of travel services, as well as in the development of commercial relationships with clients in Colombia and abroad.
By providing personal data through any means, the data subject grants prior, express, and informed authorization to DeViajecon to collect, store, use, circulate, transfer, and delete such information in accordance with the purposes described herein and applicable legislation.
The Agency may collect personal data such as full name, identification document, date of birth, nationality, passport number, migration information, phone number, email address, city and country of residence, as well as information necessary for managing reservations and travel services, including destinations, travel dates, preferences, purchase history, travel companions, and billing and payment information. In certain cases, when strictly necessary for the proper provision of services, sensitive data may be requested, such as relevant medical conditions, dietary requirements, special assistance needs, or information related to minors. Such data will be handled with absolute confidentiality and only with the express authorization of the data subject or their legal representative.
Additionally, when users browse the Agency’s website or interact with its digital platforms, certain automatic information may be collected, such as IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, cookies, and browsing behavior, in order to improve user experience, optimize services, and perform internal statistical analysis.
The personal data collected will be used to manage quotations, reservations, and purchases of travel services; issue tickets and vouchers; manage itineraries; send confirmations; provide customer support before, during, and after travel; process payments and billing; send relevant information about contracted services; comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations; and for commercial and marketing purposes related to promotions, updates, and campaigns, provided that authorization has been granted by the data subject. Likewise, the information may be used for internal analysis, market research, and service quality improvement.
Due to the nature of tourism services, personal data may be shared or transferred to third-party partners or service providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurance companies, payment platforms, financial institutions, or migration authorities, both within Colombia and internationally, when necessary for the proper provision of the contracted service. The Agency will ensure that such transfers are carried out under appropriate data protection standards and solely for authorized purposes.
The data subject has the right to know, update, and rectify their personal data; request proof of the authorization granted; be informed about the use of their data; revoke authorization and request deletion of their information when applicable; access their personal data free of charge; file complaints before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of the law; and refrain from answering questions regarding sensitive data. These rights may be exercised by sending a request to info@deviajecon.com with the subject line “Personal Data Protection.” Inquiries will be addressed within a maximum of ten (10) business days, and claims within fifteen (15) business days, in accordance with Colombian regulations.
The Agency adopts reasonable technical, administrative, and human security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, the data subject acknowledges that no internet transmission is completely secure and agrees to take appropriate measures to protect their own information.
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, for the duration of the commercial relationship, and for any additional period required by law to comply with legal, accounting, or contractual obligations. Thereafter, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized when possible.
The Agency may use cookies or similar technologies on its website to improve browsing experience, analyze user behavior, and personalize content. Users may configure their browser settings to reject cookies if they wish.
In the case of minors, the Agency will process personal data only when necessary for the provision of travel services and with prior authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
DeViajecon reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any substantial changes will be communicated through official channels. Continued use of services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.
