HOTELS

  • The hotels mentioned in quotes or programs are for reference and correspond to those most commonly used in these types of tours. However, at the time of service confirmation, the assigned hotels may be others of the same category and standard.
  • Triple rooms: in addition to the double bed, an extra rollaway bed will be provided, subject to availability at the hotel at the time of booking.

  • Services provided abroad are not billable.
  • The selected category is quoted without specifying section, row, or seat numbers.
  • Once tickets are issued, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed.
  • Tickets may be delivered from the time of purchase up to hours before the event begins; the format may be electronic, physical, or pass.
  • In case of loss, theft, or misplacement of tickets by the client and/or agency, they will not be replaced.
  • Some hotels may charge a nightly “resort fee,” which must be paid directly by the passenger at the destination, subject to the hotel’s policies.
  • Security deposits required by hotels must be paid directly by the passenger at the destination; amounts may vary depending on the country, city, and hotel category.
  • Ticket availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice; availability must be reconfirmed before proceeding with the reservation.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

  • It is essential to have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining at the time of travel. To confirm the reservation, you must send a copy of the passport; if you do not have it yet, you may send a copy of an official ID showing the passenger’s full and correct name.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether a visa or other documents are required to enter the travel destinations and to ensure they have valid documentation at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  • Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing under the supplier’s specific conditions.
  • Service confirmation is subject to timely payment according to the deadlines established in the quotation.
  • The first deposit must be 60% of the total trip cost.
  • The full balance must be paid no later than 125 days before the departure date.
