HOTELS

The hotels mentioned in the quotations or programs are for reference only and correspond to those most commonly used in this type of tour. However, at the time of service confirmation, the assigned hotels may be others of equal category and standard.
Triple rooms: in addition to the double bed, an extra rollaway bed will be provided, subject to availability at the hotel at the time of booking.
Special requests such as cribs, bed types (Twin, King, Queen), or specific room assignments are subject to hotel availability at the time of booking and final confirmation.

EVENT CONDITIONS (FORMULA 1)

Arrival and departure transfers apply from the main airport of the city.
Services provided abroad are not billable.
The selected category is quoted without specifying sector, rows, or seats.
Once tickets have been processed, there are no changes, cancellations, or refunds.
Ticket delivery is available from the moment of purchase up to a few hours before the start of the event. Tickets may be electronic, physical, or season pass format.
In case of loss, theft, or misplacement of tickets by the end customer and/or agency, no replacements will be issued.
Some hotels may charge a “resort fee” per night, which must be paid directly by the passenger at the destination, subject to the property’s policies.
The security deposit required by hotels must be paid directly by the passenger at the destination. The amount may vary depending on the country, city, hotel category, among others.
Ticket availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice; therefore, availability must be reconfirmed before proceeding with the booking.
Ticket management is guaranteed in pairs; for purchases of more than two tickets or odd numbers, allocation will be 2+2 or 2+1, respecting the selected category, without guaranteeing the same section, row, or seats.
The end user is responsible for verifying the date and time of the event once the purchase is confirmed, as it may be subject to changes by the event organizer.
The operator is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or failure in the scheduling or execution of the event; we act solely as intermediaries in its promotion.
In the event that the event changes venue or is postponed, the ticket will remain valid for the next edition. In case of cancellation, notification will be provided once the organizer issues the corresponding refund.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

It is essential to have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining at the time of travel. To confirm the reservation, you must send a copy of the passport; if you do not have it yet, you may send a copy of an official ID showing the passenger’s full and correct name.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether a visa or other documents are required to enter the travel destinations and to have valid documentation at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable unless specific supplier conditions state otherwise in writing.
Service confirmation is subject to timely payment according to the dates established in the quotation.
The first deposit must be 65% of the total trip cost.
The full balance must be paid no later than 125 days before the departure date.
