DAY 1 • GUATEMALA CITY – ANTIGUA GUATEMALA

Arrival at La Aurora International Airport. Welcome and transfer to Antigua Guatemala for your accommodation.

DAY 2 • ANTIGUA GUATEMALA

Departure to explore one of the most important cities of the colonial period in the Americas. Upon arrival, visit La Merced Church, followed by a tour of the Central Park (Plaza de Armas) and the Cathedral. Afterwards, enjoy free time for shopping. At the designated time, return to the hotel. Free afternoon. Overnight stay.

DAY 3 • ANTIGUA GUATEMALA – CHICHICASTENANGO – LAKE ATITLÁN

Early morning departure to the Chichicastenango Market, located in Guatemala’s central highlands, famous for its vibrant, colorful market. After enjoying this experience, visit the Church of Santo Tomás. Then, continue to Lake Atitlán, surrounded by the majestic Atitlán, Tolimán, and San Pedro volcanoes, whose crystal-clear waters reflect the area’s stunning natural beauty. Next, take a scenic tour of Panajachel before transferring to the hotel. Overnight stay.

DAY 4 • BOAT RIDE TO SAN JUAN LA LAGUNA – LAKE ATITLÁN – GUATEMALA CITY

At the designated time, we will board a boat to the picturesque village of San Juan La Laguna. Upon arrival, we will take a walking tour and visit its Catholic Church. Next, we will visit a chocolate factory, where we will learn about the chocolate-making process. We will continue our tour at a textile factory, where we will see how natural dyes are made for their beautiful fabrics. We will also meet artisans who work with medicinal plants. At the end of the visit, we will return to Panajachel and, at the appropriate time, depart for Guatemala City for our accommodation.

DAY 5 • GUATEMALA CITY – FLORES – TIKAL – FLORES

At the scheduled time, transfer to La Aurora International Airport to board your flight to Mundo Maya International Airport. Upon arrival, you will be taken to the most important archaeological site of the Maya world, Tikal, known as the "Place of Voices," a gem built during the Classic period of the Maya civilization. Upon arrival at Tikal, the guide will present a fascinating model of the temple complexes and acropolises. Then, you will tour the majestic Complexes Q and R and the Central Acropolis, where you will admire the iconic Temples I, "The Great Jaguar," and II, "The Masked Ones," the latter being one of the most significant in the area. If time permits, you may also explore the enigmatic Lost World. After a day full of discoveries, enjoy a delicious lunch at the Visitor Center. At the scheduled time, transfer to your hotel for accommodation.

DAY 6 • FLORES – YAXHÁ – FLORES – GUATEMALA CITY

At the agreed time, our adventure begins with a departure to the impressive archaeological site of Yaxhá. Upon arrival, you will immerse yourself in the history of this ancient ceremonial center and city of the pre-Columbian Maya civilization, where Teotihuacan influences are evident in its architecture and stelae. You will also admire the only set of twin pyramids outside of Tikal, known as the Plaza of the Stelae. After the visit, you will have time for lunch and, at the scheduled time, transfer to the airport for your return flight to Guatemala City. Overnight stay.

ITINERARY

For arrivals or departures different from those planned in the tour, or if additional nights are required, transfers are not included in the package and can be arranged at an extra cost.

TOURS AND EXCURSIONS

The guide or local operator may adjust the order of visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while always respecting the contracted services.
If any activity cannot take place due to force majeure, a refund will only be processed for the service not provided, when applicable.
We are not responsible for tourist services booked directly by the passenger with external providers.

CHILD POLICY

Infants (under 1.99 years): Only pay airport taxes. The exact amount will be confirmed at the time of ticket issuance. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any other equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate these needs.
Children (2 to 10 years): Children in this age group pay the child rate, and the breakfast plan is European style.
Children (11 years and older): Children in this age group pay the adult rate.
Room occupancy: The maximum number of children per room sharing with parents is subject to each hotel’s policies.
Documentation: All minors must be accompanied by one parent or guardian. At check-in, they must present a valid ID, passport, or civil registry document.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

It is essential to have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity at the time of travel. To confirm the reservation, a copy of the passport must be sent; if you do not yet have one, you may send a copy of an official identification document where the passenger’s name is correctly shown.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether a visa or other documents are required to enter the travel destinations, and to ensure all documentation is valid at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable, unless the specific conditions of the provider indicate otherwise in writing.
Confirmation of services is subject to timely payment according to the dates established in the quotation.
The initial deposit must be 25% of the total price plus the full cost of the airline ticket.
125 days before the departure date, 50% of the total package must be paid.
95 days before the departure date, 80% of the total package must be paid.
65 days before the departure date, 100% of the total package must be paid.
