Welcome to Turkey! Upon your arrival at Istanbul International Airport (IST), you will go through immigration and collect your luggage. Then, head to our meeting point located at Gate 8 in the arrivals area. A representative will be waiting to assist you with the transfer to your hotel. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and enjoy some free time. We suggest taking the afternoon to explore the area around your hotel or savor a traditional Turkish dinner at a local restaurant. Get ready for an exciting adventure in this vibrant city! Accommodation included.

DAY 2 • ISTANBUL

The day will begin with a visit to the historic Jewish neighborhood of Balat and the Greek district of Fener, where you can admire views of the Golden Horn. Next, you will continue to St. George’s Cathedral, the main seat of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate, and then visit the Suleymaniye Mosque, famous for its impressive dome designed by Mimar Sinan. Afterward, you’ll explore the Spice Bazaar, a vibrant place filled with colors and aromas, perfect for purchasing teas, herbs, nuts, and spices. To conclude your day, enjoy a boat cruise on the Bosphorus, where you’ll appreciate views of Ottoman fortresses, palaces, and the bridges connecting Europe and Asia. After the excursion, you’ll return to the hotel for your overnight stay.

Today you will have a free day, but you can also choose the optional excursion “Jewels of Constantinople,” which includes lunch at a traditional restaurant. The tour will begin with an exploration of the city’s historic center, where you will see remnants of the various empires that have shaped Istanbul. You’ll start at the Roman Hippodrome, the social center of Constantinople, where you can view the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Obelisk of Constantine, and the German Fountain. Next, you will visit the Blue Mosque, famous for its more than 20,000 handmade ceramic tiles brought from Iznik. From there, you’ll enjoy a view of Hagia Sophia, an architectural wonder built in 537 that has served as a church, mosque, and museum, highlighted by its enormous dome, one of the largest in the world. The excursion will continue at the majestic Topkapi Palace, the residence of the Ottoman sultans for over 400 years, where you will explore the beautiful gardens, kitchens, and royal treasure rooms, as well as discover the enigmatic Harem, known for its luxurious decoration. Afterward, you’ll visit Aya Irini, a Byzantine church that was never converted into a mosque, and conclude the tour at the Grand Bazaar, one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world, where bargaining is a tradition. After the tour, you will return to the hotel for your overnight stay.

DAY 4 • ISTANBUL - CAPPADOCIA

At the scheduled time, you will be transferred to the airport for your domestic flight to Cappadocia. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel, where you will have the unforgettable experience of staying in a cave hotel. Enjoy the unique atmosphere and stunning landscapes of this fascinating region.

DAY 5 • CAPPADOCIA

Today, you will embark on an exploration of the fascinating region of Cappadocia, famous for its unique landscape formed by volcanic lava over 3 million years ago. Your visit will begin at the Göreme Open-Air Museum, a monastery with chapels carved into volcanic rock, adorned with 13th-century frescoes. Next, you will tour the stunning valleys of the region, where you can admire the iconic "Fairy Chimneys" and enjoy panoramic views of the valleys with spectacular geological formations. Following this, you will visit one of Cappadocia’s underground cities, an incredible engineering feat built by ancient communities for protection against invasions throughout history. At the end of the tour, you’ll have the opportunity to visit a carpet center, where you will learn about the artisanal production of these beautiful pieces, and a gemstone center, known for its uniquely designed jewelry from the region. Afterward, you will return to the hotel for dinner and overnight accommodation.

ITINERARY

  • In the case of arrivals or departures different from those scheduled in the tour, or if additional nights are required, transfers are not included in the package and may be arranged at an additional cost.

CHILD POLICY

  • Infants (under 1.99 years old): Only pay airport taxes. The exact amount will be confirmed at the time the ticket is issued. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any other equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure these needs are accommodated.
  • Children (ages 2 to 5): Children in this age group pay the child rate.
  • Children (ages 6 and up): Children in this age group pay the adult rate.
  • Room occupancy: The maximum number of children per room sharing with parents is subject to each hotel's policies.
  • Documentation: All minors must be accompanied by one of their parents or guardians. At check-in, they must present their ID card, valid passport, or birth certificate.
