DAY 1 • RIO DE JANEIRO

Arrival at Rio de Janeiro Galeão International Airport (GIG). Our staff will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and start enjoying the city. Overnight stay.

DAY 2 • RIO DE JANEIRO

We will begin with departure from the hotel for a Complete City Tour of the city’s main attractions. Our first major highlight will be a visit to the impressive Christ the Redeemer, located at the top of Corcovado. We will ascend by van to the summit, where you will enjoy one of the most spectacular panoramic views in the world and admire the famous “Marvelous City” from above. We will continue with a panoramic tour of some of the most iconic landmarks: the Sambadrome Marquês de Sapucaí, home of the world-famous Carnival; the modern Metropolitan Cathedral of Saint Sebastian; the legendary Maracanã Stadium; and the colorful Escadaria Selarón, one of the most photographed spots in the city. We will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch (drinks and desserts not included). In the afternoon, we will visit another of Rio’s great symbols: Sugarloaf Mountain. We will ride the cable car in two stages: first to Morro da Urca, at 705 feet (215 meters) above sea level, offering privileged views of the bay and its islands; and then to the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain, at 1,296 feet (395 meters) above sea level, where you will enjoy a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of the entire city. Afterward, we will take a panoramic drive along the famous beaches of Rio’s South Zone. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

DAY 3 • RIO DE JANEIRO

Free day. Option to take an optional excursion or enjoy the city at your own pace. Accommodation included.

DAY 4 • RIO DE JANEIRO – SÃO PAULO

At the designated time, you will be transferred to Rio Airport to board your flight to São Paulo. Upon arrival at São Paulo International Airport, you will be met by our staff and transferred to the hotel. Accommodation.

DAY 5 • SÃO PAULO

Today we will explore São Paulo on a private half-day tour, visiting the city’s main attractions. We’ll start at the historic train station Estação da Luz, inaugurated in 1867 and famous for its stunning architecture. Next, we’ll head to Terraço Itália, one of the most iconic buildings in the old downtown, and then visit the Teatro Municipal, the Banespa Building, the Patio do Colégio, and the majestic Catedral da Sé. The tour will continue through the colorful Liberdade neighborhood, home to the largest Japanese community in the city and full of its characteristic decorative details. Afterwards, we’ll enter São Paulo’s financial center, traveling along Avenida Paulista, where you’ll see modern buildings and the renowned MASP (São Paulo Museum of Art). Finally, we’ll enjoy Parque do Ibirapuera, inaugurated in 1954 and considered one of the city’s most important green spaces. At the end of the tour, we’ll return to the hotel, and the rest of the day will be free for you to explore São Paulo at your own pace. Accommodation.

CHILD POLICY

Infants (under 1.99 years old): Only pay air taxes. The exact amount will be confirmed at the time of ticket issuance. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any other equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate these needs.
Children (ages 2 to 8): Pay only for the plane ticket. Hotel stay is free if they share the same room and bed with their parents.
Children (ages 9 and up): Children in this age group pay the adult rate.
Room occupancy: The maximum number of children per room sharing with parents is subject to each hotel's policies.
Documentation: All minors must be accompanied by one of their parents or guardians. At check-in, they must present a valid ID card, passport, or birth certificate.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

It is essential to have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity at the time of travel. To confirm the reservation, a copy of the passport must be sent; if you do not yet have one, you may send a copy of an official identification document where the passenger’s name is correctly shown.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether a visa or other documents are required to enter the travel destinations and to ensure that their documentation is valid at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable unless the specific supplier’s conditions indicate otherwise in writing.
Confirmation of services is subject to timely payment according to the dates established in the quotation.
The initial deposit must be 25% of the total price plus the full cost of the airline ticket.
125 days before the departure date, 50% of the total package must be paid.
95 days before the departure date, 80% of the total package must be paid.
65 days before the departure date, 100% of the total package must be paid.
