If the Airport Limousine Bus service is not available, an alternative transfer (train + taxi or other means of transportation) will be provided.

Note:

  • If your arrival time allows, you may find a guide in the hotel lobby available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM to provide information about your tour. The information desk is located in the Sofa Lounge (the area with sofas and chairs near the main tower reception, The Main).

  • In the event of an increase in airfare taxes or fees—whether imposed by the airline, hotels, or government authorities—even if partial or full payment has already been made, the passenger must cover the difference in order to receive the service.
  • Issued airline tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, not subject to review, and do not allow route changes or modifications to travel dates.

HOTELS

  • The hotels listed are for reference only and are the most commonly used for these types of tours. However, when guaranteeing services, please note that confirmed hotels may be different but of the same category.
