DAY 1 • CAIRO

Arrival in Cairo, assistance from our Spanish-speaking representative, transfer to the hotel, and accommodation.

DAY 2 • CAIRO

In the morning, we'll take an excursion to the stunning Pyramids of Giza. This iconic archaeological site is home to the majestic pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, along with the famous Sphinx. In the afternoon, we will visit the Egyptian Museum, where you'll have the opportunity to admire the treasures of King Tutankhamun, including his iconic gold mask, coffins, sarcophagi, and a variety of fascinating artifacts. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

DAY 3 • CAIRO - LUXOR

At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will receive assistance and be transferred to the dock, with time to board. In the afternoon, visit the temples of Luxor and Karnak. Dinner on board.

DAY 4 • LUXOR - ESNA - EDFU

Meals included (excluding beverages) on board the cruise. Meet with the guide to cross to the West Bank of the Nile for a visit to the Theban Necropolis: the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Begin sailing towards Esna. After crossing the lock, continue to Edfu. Night on board.

DAY 5 • EDFU - KOM OMBO - ASWAN

Meals included (without drinks) on board the cruise. In the morning, visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Navigation to Kom Ombo. In the afternoon, visit the temple dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris. Navigation to Aswan and night on board.

DAY 6 • ASWAN

Meals included (excluding beverages) on board the cruise. In the morning, visit the High Dam of Aswan and the Temple of Philae. In the afternoon, enjoy a felucca ride on the Nile. Night on board.

DAY 7 • ASWAN - CAIRO

At the scheduled time, disembark. Optionally, we suggest taking an excursion to the famous Abu Simbel temples of Ramses II. Transfer to Aswan airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, assistance and transfer to the hotel for check-in and accommodation.

DAY 8 • CAIRO

At the scheduled time, transfer to Cairo International Airport for your departure flight. (Flight not included)

HOTELS

  • The hotels mentioned are for reference purposes only and are among those most commonly used for this type of itinerary. However, when services are confirmed, please note that the confirmed hotels may be different, provided they are of the same category.
  • Twin Rooms: If you require a room with two separate beds, this must be requested at the time of booking. The reservation should specify TWIN accommodation.
  • Triple Rooms: In addition to the double bed, one extra bed, typically a rollaway bed, will be provided. This is subject to availability at the hotel at the time of booking.
  • Services such as cribs, as well as bed types (Twin, King, Queen), are subject to availability at the hotel at the time of booking.

ITINERARY

  • This itinerary may be subject to changes due to road conditions, weather, other unforeseen circumstances, or availability at the time of booking.
  • The order of the itinerary may change; however, this will not affect the services and activities included.
  • Travel Documents: Final travel documents will be sent 6 days prior to the departure date. Once the group is closed, the destination operator proceeds with the allocation and confirmation of hotels, buses, guides, and other services. This process may result in adjustments, which is why we wait until the entire operation has been confirmed. This ensures that the documentation provided is final and up to date, avoiding changes or unforeseen circumstances.

SIGHTSEEING AND EXCURSIONS

  • The guide or local operator may adjust the order of visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while always respecting the services included in the package.
  • If any activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure, the corresponding refund will be processed solely for the service that was not provided, when applicable.
  • We are not responsible for tourist services booked directly by the passenger with external providers.

CHILDREN'S POLICY

Children stay in the same room as their parents and share the existing bed. No extra bed is provided.

  • Infants (under 2 years old): Infants only pay applicable airline taxes. The exact amount will be confirmed at the time of ticket issuance. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any other equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so that we can ensure these needs can be accommodated.
  • Children (2 to 11 years old): Children in this age group pay the applicable child fare.
  • Children (12 years and older): Children in this age group are charged the adult fare.
  • Room Occupancy: The maximum number of children allowed per room when sharing with their parents is subject to each hotel's policies.
  • Documentation: All minors must be accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. At check-in, they must present their national identification document, a valid passport, or a civil registry document.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

  • Full vaccination schedule.
  • Yellow Fever Vaccination: The vaccine must be administered at least 10 days prior to travel.
  • Passengers over 60 years of age must provide a medical certification for travel.
  • It is essential to have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity at the time of travel. To confirm the reservation, a copy of the passport must be provided. If the passenger does not yet have a passport, a copy of an official identification document showing the passenger's name correctly may be submitted.
  • It is the passenger's responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether a visa or any other documents are required to enter the destinations included in the trip and to ensure that all required documentation is valid at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  • Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable, unless the specific conditions of the provider expressly state otherwise in writing.
  • Service confirmation is subject to timely payment according to the dates established in the quotation.
  • The initial deposit must be 25% of the package value, plus the full cost of the airline ticket.
  • 125 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the package must be paid.
  • 95 days prior to the departure date: 80% of the package must be paid.
  • 65 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the package must be paid.
