DAY 1 • MONTREAL

Upon your arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel. After completing the check-in process, the rest of the day will be free for you to enjoy at your leisure. Accommodation included.

DAY 2 • MONTREAL – QUEBEC – MONTREAL

At the designated time, departure towards Quebec City, the oldest city in the country and a true historical treasure. We will take a panoramic tour that includes iconic sites such as Laval University, the Citadel, historical monuments, and other notable points of interest. After lunch (not included), we’ll have free time to explore this charming city on foot. At the end of the day, we’ll return to Montreal. Overnight stay.

DAY 3 • MONTREAL – OTTAWA.

Embark on a time-travel journey through Montreal, from the era of French and English colonization to the present day. We begin with a panoramic view of the English-speaking neighborhood of Westmount, the Saint Joseph's Oratory, and Mount Royal Park. If the weather permits, we will walk to the lookout at the Chalet du Mont Royal; otherwise, we will visit the Belvedere. Next, we continue through the Golden Square Mile, McGill University, the financial district, Canada Place, and the Cathedral of Marie-Reine-du-Monde. We then head to Old Montreal, passing by Victoria Square and along the Old Port to Place d'Armes, where we will visit Notre-Dame Basilica (entrance not included). We will walk to Place Jacques Cartier, the tourist center of Old Montreal, where you will have free time for lunch (lunch not included). Afterward, we head to Ottawa, with a stop at Parc Omega to observe Canadian wildlife up close. After the visit, we continue to Ottawa. Overnight stay.

DAY 4 • OTTAWA – TORONTO

We begin our visit to Ottawa, the capital of Canada, by touring Parliament (in the summer, we enjoy the Changing of the Guard), residential neighborhoods, the Prime Minister’s and Governor General’s mansions, ambassador residences, the Supreme Court, and other highlights. After lunch (not included), we depart for Brockville for a brief cruise through the Thousand Islands on the St. Lawrence River. This area, famous for the Thousand Island dressing, is a popular tourist destination in eastern Canada. During the approximately one-hour tour, you’ll enjoy panoramic views and learn about the area’s history, legends, and residents, as well as see ships from all over the world sailing on the St. Lawrence River, the longest freshwater canal. We then continue our journey to Toronto. Arrival and overnight stay.

DAY 5 • TORONTO – NIAGARA FALLS

In the morning, we begin the tour of the city, visiting the City Hall, the Provincial Parliament, the University of Toronto, Yorkville (the bohemian neighborhood), Forest Hill (residential area), and the famous CN Tower. Then, we head towards Niagara, about an hour away, making a stop in Niagara on the Lake, Canada's first capital. We explore the Niagara wine region and visit the Floral Clock and the Whirlpool, where the Spanish cable car is located. We take a boat ride on the Hornblower (from May to October) or through the scenic tunnels (from October to May). Arrival and accommodation.

HOTELS

The hotels mentioned are for reference only, as they are the most commonly used for this type of tour. However, when confirming services, please note that the confirmed hotels may be others of equal category.
Triple and quadruple rooms: These rooms are designed to accommodate guests in two beds. Under no circumstances will an additional bed be provided. Subject to hotel availability at the time of booking.
Services such as cribs or bed types (Twin, King, Queen) are subject to hotel availability at the time of booking.

ITINERARY

Transfers are available between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, an additional charge will apply. In case of arrivals or departures different from those scheduled in the tour, or if additional nights are required, transfers are not included and may be arranged at an extra cost.
The tour will be conducted in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
The itinerary is subject to changes due to weather conditions, road conditions, operational issues, availability, or unforeseen events at the time of booking.
The order of activities may vary; however, the content and included services will remain the same.
Shared services: Some services are provided on a shared basis with other passengers. Transportation, guided visits, and excursions are conducted in groups, so schedules and routes may be adjusted for proper coordination.
Travel documents: Once full payment has been confirmed, final travel documents will be sent approximately 6 days prior to the departure date.

VISITS AND EXCURSIONS

The guide or local operator may adjust the order of visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while always respecting the contracted services.
If any activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure, a refund will be processed only for the service not provided, when applicable.
We are not responsible for tourism services directly contracted by the passenger with external providers.

CHILD POLICY

Infants (under 1.99 years old): Only pay air taxes. The exact amount will be confirmed at the time of ticket issuance. If the infant requires a special seat or any additional equipment for transportation, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate these needs. Meals are not included and infants are not entitled to a seat in ground transportation.
Children (ages 2 to 15): Children in this age group pay the child fare. They share a bed in the same room with their parents; no extra bed is provided.
Children (16 years and older): Pay the adult fare.
Room occupancy: The maximum number of children sharing a room with parents is subject to each hotel’s policies.
Documentation: All minors must travel accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. At check-in, they must present a valid ID, passport, or birth certificate.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

Please check, according to your nationality, whether you require a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). Contact the Canadian consulate.
It is essential to have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity at the time of travel. To confirm the reservation, a copy of the passport must be sent; if you do not yet have one, you may send a copy of an official identification document where the passenger’s name is correctly shown.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether they require a visa or other documents to enter the destinations included in the trip, and to have valid documentation at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable, unless the supplier’s specific conditions state otherwise in writing.
Service confirmation is subject to timely payment according to the dates established in the quotation.
The initial deposit must be 25% of the total price plus the full cost of the airline ticket.
125 days before the departure date, 50% of the total package must be paid.
95 days before the departure date, 80% of the total package must be paid.
65 days before the departure date, 100% of the total package must be paid.
