DAY 1 • CAIRO

Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will meet our representative who will assist you with the visa process. Afterwards, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in and overnight stay.

DAY 2 • CAIRO

At the designated time, departure for an excursion to the Giza Pyramids, where you will visit the impressive pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, the famous Sphinx, and the Valley Temple of Khafre. In the afternoon, we will conclude with a visit to the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities. Accommodation.

DAY 3 • CAIRO - ASWAN - ABU SIMBEL

At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport for the flight to Aswan, and then proceed to Abu Simbel. Upon arrival, visit the majestic temples of Abu Simbel and transfer to the hotel. In the evening, attend the light and sound show at the temples. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 4 • ABU SIMBEL - ASWAN.

At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport for the flight to Aswan. Upon arrival in Aswan, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis and located on Agilkia Island. Transfer to the cruise ship for boarding and lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a felucca ride on the Nile to admire panoramic views of the Agha Khan Mausoleum, Elephantine Island, and the Botanical Garden. Dinner and overnight on board.

DAY 5 • ASWAN - KOM OMBO - EDFU

Meals included (without drinks) aboard the cruise. Navigation (either the previous night or that morning) to Kom Ombo to visit its temple. Continuing on to Edfu. Overnight aboard the ship.

DAY 6 • ESNA - LUXOR

Meals included (excluding drinks) on board the cruise. Visit to the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the god Horus. Continue to Esna for the lock passage. After passing through the Esna lock, cruise to Luxor. Depending on the arrival time, visit the Temple of Luxor. Overnight on board in Luxor.

DAY 7 • LUXOR - CAIRO

At the scheduled time, disembark. Meet the guide for a visit to the Karnak Temple. At the agreed time, transfer to the airport for the flight to Cairo. Arrive in Cairo and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and overnight stay.

  • Twin Rooms: If you require a room with two separate beds, this must be requested at the time of booking. The reservation should specify TWIN accommodation.
  • Triple Rooms: In addition to the double bed, one extra bed, typically a rollaway bed, will be provided. This is subject to availability at the hotel at the time of booking.

ITINERARY

This ensures that the documentation provided is final and up to date, avoiding changes or unforeseen circumstances.

SIGHTSEEING AND EXCURSIONS

  • The guide or local operator may adjust the order of visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while always respecting the services included in the package.
  • If any activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure, the corresponding refund will be processed solely for the service that was not provided, when applicable.
  • We are not responsible for tourist services booked directly by the passenger with external providers.

CHILDREN'S POLICY

Children stay in the same room as their parents and share the existing bed. No extra bed is provided.

  • Infants (under 2 years old): Infants only pay applicable airline taxes. The exact amount will be confirmed at the time of ticket issuance. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any other equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so that we can ensure these needs can be accommodated.
  • Children (2 to 11 years old): Children in this age group pay the applicable child fare.
  • Children (12 years and older): Children in this age group are charged the adult fare.
  • Room Occupancy: The maximum number of children allowed per room when sharing with their parents is subject to each hotel's policies.
  • Documentation: All minors must be accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. At check-in, they must present their national identification document, a valid passport, or a civil registry document.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

  • Full vaccination schedule.
  • Yellow Fever Vaccination: The vaccine must be administered at least 10 days prior to travel.
  • Passengers over 60 years of age must provide a medical certification for travel.
  • It is essential to have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity at the time of travel. To confirm the reservation, a copy of the passport must be provided. If the passenger does not yet have a passport, a copy of an official identification document showing the passenger's name correctly may be submitted.
  • It is the passenger's responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether a visa or any other documents are required to enter the destinations included in the trip and to ensure that all required documentation is valid at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  • Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable, unless the specific conditions of the provider expressly state otherwise in writing.
  • Service confirmation is subject to timely payment according to the dates established in the quotation.
  • The initial deposit must be 25% of the package value, plus the full cost of the airline ticket.
  • 125 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the package must be paid.
  • 95 days prior to the departure date: 80% of the package must be paid.
  • 65 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the package must be paid.
