DAY 1 • CAIRO

Arrival in Cairo, assistance by our Spanish-speaking representative, transfer to the hotel, and overnight stay.

DAY 2 • CAIRO

At the designated time, depart for the Pyramids to explore the three great structures of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, as well as the Valley Temple and the imposing Sphinx. In the afternoon, visit the archaeological sites of Memphis and Saqqara. At the end of the day, return to the hotel and accommodation.

DAY 3 • CAIRO - LUXOR

At the specified time, transfer to the airport for the flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, assistance and transfer to the dock with time to board. In the afternoon, visit the temples of Luxor and Karnak. Dinner and accommodation on board the cruise.

DAY 4 • LUXOR - ESNA - EDFU

Meals included (without drinks) on board the cruise. In the morning, meet the guide to cross to the West Bank. Visit the Theban Necropolis: Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut's Temple, and the Colossi of Memnon. Begin navigation toward Esna. After crossing the lock, continue sailing towards Edfu. Overnight stay on board the cruise.

DAY 5 • EDFU - KOM OMBO - ASWAN

Meals included (without drinks) on board the cruise. In the morning, visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Sail to Kom Ombo. In the afternoon, visit the temple dedicated to the Gods Sobek and Haroeris. Continue sailing to Aswan and overnight on board.

DAY 6 • ASWAN

DAY 7 • ASWAN - ABU SIMBEL

At the specified time, disembark and transfer to Aswan Airport for the flight to Abu Simbel. Upon arrival, board the cruise that will navigate Lake Nasser. In the afternoon, visit the famous temples of Abu Simbel, dedicated to Ramses II and his wife Nefertari. Accommodation on board the cruise.

DAY 8 • ABU SIMBEL - KASR IBRIM

ITINERARY

The guide or local operator may adjust the order of visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while always respecting the contracted services.
If any activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure, the corresponding refund will be processed only for the service not provided, when applicable.

CHILD POLICY

The children sleep in the same room as their parents, sharing the bed. (No extra bed)

Infants (under 1.99 years old): Only pay airline taxes. The exact amount will be confirmed at the time the ticket is issued. If the infant requires a special seat or any other equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure these needs are accommodated.
Children (2 to 11 years old): Children in this age group pay the child rate.
Children (12 years and older): Children in this age group pay the adult rate.
Room occupancy: The maximum number of children per room sharing with parents is subject to each hotel’s policies.
Documentation: All minors must travel accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. At check-in, they must present their ID card, valid passport, or birth certificate.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

Complete vaccination schedule required.
Yellow fever vaccine: Must be administered at least 10 days prior to travel.
Travelers over 60 years of age must present a medical certificate authorizing travel.
A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining at the time of travel is required. To confirm the reservation, a copy of the passport must be provided. If the passenger does not yet have a passport, they may submit a copy of an official ID showing the passenger’s full and correct name.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether a visa or other documents are required to enter the travel destinations and to ensure they have valid documentation at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable, unless the supplier’s specific conditions state otherwise in writing.
Confirmation of services is subject to timely payment according to the dates established in the quotation.
The initial deposit must be 25% and the total package price or the full cost of the airfare ticket.
125 days prior to the departure date, 50% of the package must be paid in full.
95 days prior to the departure date, 80% of the package must be paid in full.
65 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the package must be paid in full.
